Enjoy a full day 28 miles bike ride up and down Tuscany and the Chianti hills

If you are a bike enthusiast and weekend rider that is not afraid of riding up hills, and you are looking for an authentic experience, this is the Tuscany bike tour for you!

This is our most time-tested tour: Since the 90’s many come back for it!

Spend a full day outside Florence riding through little towns and the Tuscany hills, accompanied by a friendly and experienced guide.

With the departure right from our office in the quiet and more local Oltrarno area of Florence, this is what we like to call our “green” tour, with no carbon footprint – just you, your bike, and your guide.

You will get the opportunity to witness the Tuscany atmosphere, as we pass by some local towns, to then immerse in the countryside.

A visit to a family-run Chianti winery owned by local friends is going to be one of the highlights of the day. Here you will explore the orchards and vineyards and learn about Extra Virgin Olive Oil and winemaking. We will then be more than ready for a Tuscan traditional lunch paired with a tasting of olive oil and wine!

The return ride to Florence is mostly downhill, passing through a forest with castles and small wine producers.

You will be back at our office no later than 4.30 pm, ready for an aperitivo or a gelato, we’ll point you the right way for a special one!

An optional upgrade to an E-bike is suggested for an extra €30 per person (minimum height 150 cm or  4’11” and minimum age 14 years old) – Electric bikes might be available if you email us ASAP (limited number available!) – please ask for them if you are not used to biking!
