What You’ll Experience
Under the guidance of our passionate local chef Gabriele, you’ll create four classic Italian dishes from scratch, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll master the art of pasta-making with techniques passed down for generations, and you’ll learn how to prepare each dish with ease and confidence.
Together, we’ll make:
🍝 Tortelli with butter and sage sauce – a rich, delicate dish bursting with flavour
🍅 Basil Gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce – soft, pillowy bites of perfection
🌿 Tagliatelle Pasta with a delicious seasonal sauce – inspired by what’s fresh and local
🍰 Tiramisù – the ultimate Italian dessert, creamy and indulgent

Cooking Class Information for Vegetarian and Gluten-Free Guests
Vegetarian Guests:
No issues at all , but we need to know in advance—we can offer a substitute sauce instead of the meat-based one.
Gluten-Free Guests:
Participation depends on the level of intolerance. We’ve welcomed gluten-free guests who didn’t mind contact with flour.
In these cases, we prepared a separate gluten-free pasta dish and sauce.Important Note on Cross-Contamination:
While we can take care to minimize cross-contamination, the kitchen is not certified gluten-free. Celiac guests typically do not book, but we have successfully accommodated exceptions.
